OOC PERMISSIONS

Usual tagging times/pace: EST, pace ranges from once a day to once every few days, sometimes up to a week or so. Will occasionally boomerang/on request!

Backtagging: Unto eternity

Threadjacking/Threadhopping: Okay with this for network threads as long as it's not a super serious thread. Ask first if unsure!

Fourthwalling policy: N, though I'm open to your character recognizing video game tropes or having played a game with mechanics like Personas and Shadows, as long as the characters themselves are expies.

Action vs. Prose: Action/brackets, though I'm flexible.

Offensive Subjects & Triggers: No triggers.

IC PERMISSIONS

Physical Violence: I'm totally cool with writing out violence, though I would prefer to avoid extremely graphic descriptions of viscera. Hard no on limb loss, permanent disfigurement, and eye injuries.

Death: Talk to me OOCly first for plotting.

Mental Information: All bracket text is fair game for telepaths/empaths. I'm open to anything, except complete loss of autonomy (e.g. mind control, memory manipulation, etc.) For general information about Shinjiro's state of mind, please refer to his app! There's also a giant horse monster thing that's the ~manifestation of his soul~ which your character would probably see if they go digging. If you need more specific information or details pertaining specifically to a thread we have going, feel free to PM this journal or hit me up on plurk.

Physical Affection: OOCly, I'm cool with anything. ICly, Shinjiro is unlikely to appreciate it, but might tolerate it depending on his relationship with your character.

IC Triggers: None.

Relationships: Open to both romantic and familial relationships, if that's where our RP takes us! Note: I don't write NSFW but I am okay with fade-to-black if it becomes relevant.

Content Warnings: Shinjiro's character arc deals with themes of depression and suicial ideation and behavior, specifically connected to his powers and a person he accidentally killed a couple years ago. He's a very private person in general and heavily reluctant to discuss the topic in particular, so it's unlikely to be relevant in most threads, but it might come up in bracket text or in his overall attitude toward himself. Please let me know if you'd like me to avoid these topics in threading with him! Comments screened for privacy.

Castor ability Evil Smile opt-out

Shinjiro's Persona Castor has an ability called Evil Smile, which instills fear in enemies. The in-game description of Fear as a status condition in P3 is as follows: "Odds of either forfeiting turn or withdrawing from battle. Odds of being hit by a critical hit greatly increased."

I don't intend to go into this level of mechanical detail in any kind of fight thread, so if anything, this ability would be used more for narrative purposes than anything, and I would definitely discuss it ooc with you before using it. However, if you'd prefer not to ever encounter this ability at all, please feel free to comment here to opt out. Thanks!
